Not everyone came back
the same.

After the Brock incident, a work-release crew was sent in to clean up. One inmate never returned.

Goblin found a red filament in a recovered camera case. Octopepe put it under glass beside Brock's sample: one gathers, the other keeps dividing. Parker followed bootprints up a wall. Escobar's freight lift kept moving with every delivery cancelled.

The city has another survivor. It does not have him contained.
